“I first connected with Alexandria when I embarked on a Rose Dieta. I have since undertaken another Dieta guided by her with Hawthorn which turned out to be another profound heart opening plant spirit. Before I started this Dieta I knew I wanted to open with guidance, with someone who could support me, encourage me because I wanted to connect with hawthorn on a deep level. For me it had to be a woman and instinctively I chose Alexandria because I trusted her and I knew she had the strength to hold space for me and help guide me through any hurdles.
